"Guaranteed a check just not gonna be alot. You have a lunch break."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Honestly find another job, everything's good at first. You may get overtime but they will cut the next weeks hours."

What don't you like about working at Value Pawn & Jewelry?

"Everything, lunch breaks too short, underpaid, no AC, over worked, animals/rodents in store, computer problems, money problems, mold in store, relationships among management and employees which leads to special treatment, corporate won't back up rules and regulations about returns and restock fees, you will receive overtime one week but they will cut next weeks hours to balance you at 40 hours. Some paid holidays but they will schedule to where you're paid for 40 hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Corporate controls everything. Management can't even manage. Unrealistic goals set by company. No bonus, over worked underpaid."
