"The overall atmosphere of working with young impressionable minds each and everyday. The staff was phenomenal and the administration supported you wholeheartedly."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be yourself throughout the entire process and you will do just fine."

What don't you like about working at Valley Christian Schools?

"My only downfall is since I moved to Lincoln in August of 2008, I have been commuting to San Jose and back for the past four years. It is a two and a half hour commute each way. I stayed in San Jose throughout the week in an apartment which made it more financially burdensome."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To continue doing the awesome job that you are doing. Allow the staff the freedom to express themselves as you do and the school will continue to grow."
