"commissions were reduced, many products are not commission paid, difficult to make an average living. Main thrust is rollovers and very specific types. poor commissions on life insurance sales."

"Be accessible to financial advisors. Increase the commissions or create a job with salary for doing service work that has no sales commission to compensate for time devoted to service work."
