"I was there at the time when they were leaning up to attract a buyer for the company. Prior to my resignation, 600 people were laid off nationally in one day."

"the atmosphere was fine and you could count on support from all departments when needed. As far as my experiance goes, things were fine"

"Instead of being totally committed to being customer focused - building solid across the table partnering relationships for mutual success, we were too often customer crisis reactive and constantly managing from behind versus out front of the customer's needs."

"If you like everything that has to do with direct mail/marketing this is the job for you. Have to be a person willing to learn and willing to be self motivated and work in a team environment."

"If you want people to truly grow the business, then hire the best, and give them the authority to make the right decisions. Don't preemptively limit what they can do."
