"I've worked for Vaco for two years, and can truly say they really do strive to be the best in the recruiting space. They take time to develop skills with role plays and constant word tracks that evolve with the changing times (especially in 2020!) on training calls. They've invested a lot in developing a great ATS and made sure it's rolled out equally to every office. They balance having fun with working hard, which is a difficult balance!"
