"Enjoyed the fast pace and seeing the results achieved at the end of the day. The employees that worked for me had a sense of pride in there jobs."

"Was on a 4 day a week work schedule and for the last 2 years there work 72 plus hours a week and usually worked 5 to 6 days a week, this was mandatory. Very little time with family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work more towards taking care of the managers that were there daily and the one who were not hold them accountable. Utilize the system set for comphensasion to reward managers and employees for a job well done."
