"If you are an honest and hard worker stay away from the USPS, as having those two qualities will get you nowhere. Start your own business or work in the private sector, as this agency will drive one crazy!"

What don't you like about working at US Postal Service?

"The lack of critical thinking by upper managers--the entire management structure does not allow for employee innovation, just comply with orders from on high, and oftentimes the orders are asinine."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of all support positions---contract out everything that does not touch mail. Support staff are grossly over compensated and shielded from the pressure of daily postal ops."
