"The work is demanding. Your work and the way you do it is heavily regulated. This leaves little room for error. There are some dead weight employees there that are at retirement age. Being a government agency we are highly politicized."

"Empower the employees to make more decisions. Reduce resource consumption at the bottom up and not top down. Reduce number of senior leaders."
