"Turn around and run. The Tampa campus is horrible and the Lakeland campus is going under for government gain, there is no point in making the push."

"Being shut out of the schedule for hours, being constantly ignored and put off for required materials needed to be obtained from other departments, feeling of being more qualified than the department I should be working in and lacking admin access to computer privileges."

"Take more time out to meet and get to know the staff, be sure to address the many issues in the workplace, organize funding more appropriately."
"I worked for USF Athletics since April 2013 after initially interning in a different department. The IT support department consisted of myself and a manager. Due to the lack of structure in the department it forced me to think on my feet and think critically to solve new problems."
