"The practice environment is not conducive to quality care for private patients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve call center to make the customer experience more positive."

"In my two years of experience at USF, I have received a fair treatment from my employer and have been able to learn a lot of things which I believe has definitely given my career a huge boost. The work environment is usually multi-cultural. The pay can be better than what it is right now."

"Being in a technology driven environment, meeting people with similar interests, being able to expand my horizons in the field, being able to learn more about the campus."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Turn around and run. The Tampa campus is horrible and the Lakeland campus is going under for government gain, there is no point in making the push."

What don't you like about working at University of South Florida?

"Being shut out of the schedule for hours, being constantly ignored and put off for required materials needed to be obtained from other departments, feeling of being more qualified than the department I should be working in and lacking admin access to computer privileges."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take more time out to meet and get to know the staff, be sure to address the many issues in the workplace, organize funding more appropriately."

"I worked for USF Athletics since April 2013 after initially interning in a different department. The IT support department consisted of myself and a manager. Due to the lack of structure in the department it forced me to think on my feet and think critically to solve new problems."
