"I've been with them for few a months, but it seems like I am not welcomed at the department. I've been deliberately ignored for the most part by my manager who does not speak a word in english. The whole engineering department is made of Latino, which makes me the minority. 99% percent of them speak only spanish; it makes difficult for them to accept my ethnicity background. It is not a place to work if not a latino."
