"It's 10 minutes from my home. Otherwise, it is quite depressing."

"If you can find a job elswhere, do so. You will not like the direction your career takes here."

What don't you like about working at University of Medicine and Dentistry?

"Management is incompetant. If you don't suck up to them, you will never advance. Excellent work ethic is not rewarded due to raises being based on union contracts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat and pay your employees so as to promote innovation and reduce turnover rate."

"I was a user support specialist with a fantastic group."

What do you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"This company is primarily a defense contractor but is contracted to the CDC. They have many branches which makes working for them very exciting. You can always see the products that are being worked on for our government on TV, in the movies or on the Military Channel of your local cable provider. It gave me a good feeling being a part of something like this."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Consider it an honor to be called by them because if you were not a fully qualified person they would not have contacted you."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"I have nothing but great things to say about this company and it was a sad day when our project was completed and my team was somewhat dissolved."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well if they did not do their job so good we would still be working, but how can you ask them to be sloppy? They took pride in everything they did and so did I, and it is beneath any of us to do work that is sub-standard. Frankly I would not want to work for a company that had poor working standards."
