"Deployments, and lack of seeing my family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"there isn't really much to suggest to the military because they have been working to uphold our freedom for sometime, and it seems to be working out pretty well. but if I could suggest something it would be, to let our soldiers have more time here at home and less time deployed."
