"I mostly enjoy the people. Being able to help and provide the tools and skills for people who perform the daily mission with great success is so rewarding."

"The tips I suggest for any interview is to be totally honest. Let the potential employer know your week areas and strong points. Most of all don't try to make yourself seem to be someone you are not, because the truth will always surface."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"I am very fortunate to work in an environment that promotes growth and rewards when appropriate. Also my managers allow me to make decisions at the proper levels. There really is nothing I do not like about the Air Force."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion for management is to listen to employees. Give employees a stake in the company that is aligned with the goals of the company while staying in the governing laws."
