What do you like about working at United States Air Force?

"Fast paced, working with children, teaching, open ended in curriculum design. There is so much that can be done including teacher training, parents, office support, document design. One can do what sees needs to be done. Not limited to job description at school site."

"Not hard to get in. Check website Employment to understand tests, typing skill and sites that are available."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"District is unable to utilize this position to its full potential. DIstrict limits its scope to what they know and a few people at top. Reduces grants and trying new ideas that are current in the business field outside school culture."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop acting like a school district and run schools more like businesses. More effective budgeting and open to business professionals to identify strengths and weaknesses of budget expenditures and use of personnel."
