"The sacrifices that we make being away from family and friends during long deployments, missing birthdays, funerals, and graduations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not much, they are already doing a lot and recognizing the Airmen as well as the sacrifices that are made to the member as well as the members' family. More programs are being implemented to assist the Airmen as well as family support for family."
