"Exceeding customer expectations, especially when many are from diverse ethnic cultures was quite rewarding. It really put my skills to the test in the areas of communication and understanding what their heritage deemed appropriate in the design they were achieving."

"Diversity is a skill you must possess as there are a number of different cultures and ethic backgrounds represented."

What don't you like about working at United States Navy?

"Lack of growth potential from within as there are many transfers because most employees are military family transfer therefore directly guaranteed an open position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve morale as turnover is quite alarming. Although there are committees in place to address such, it seems management is too busy to actually enact changes."
