"Was a structured environment set up to teach you about every community that officers can join. A lot of team building exercises."

"Don't slack off! This is your chance to show that you belong in a specific community."

"Separation between upper upperclassmen and lower underclassmen. We were all on the same team, but did not always have a chance to interact together."
