"I would tell them to study hard because you will easily advance if you can just pass a test rather than being able to perform your job with great experience."

What don't you like about working at United States Navy?

"You have too many people that outrank you that have nothing better to do than to stick their nose where it doesn't belong. Micromanaged!!!!!"

"it was more about the mission than about the people. I would make it more for the workers while completing the mission, as best as I could."
