"They started to micro-manage people via laptop computer programs and took away the Revenue Officers judgment and knowledge in working diverse types of collection cases."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop micro-managing and allow the employees to conduct their work to their best potential. Stop trying to monitor every second of a work day. No two cases are the same. Assembly line methods are not feasible in this line of work."

"Lack of knowledge initially but it was addressed slowly with the dissemination of info and knowledge"

"Pay the interns at least the minimum wage. They deserve that much."

"I was able to help low income families get their maximum refund. I also loved that I was able to help small business owners amend and file their tax forms."

"Be yourself and maintain a positive attitude. It is always best if you have an outgoing personality because you will be talking with hundred of different people."

"It was a knowledgeable experience. I am also grateful for the support provided during our training meetings and the awesome atmosphere."

"I would simply ask that they continue to help low income families."

"Pay Interns more. I worked a 40 hour week and I deserved proper pay."
