"Ethics, integrity and common sense are utilized and expected by this government agency. If it sounds like anything is unethical or criminal. Then, it most likely is."

"They started to micro-manage people via laptop computer programs and took away the Revenue Officers judgment and knowledge in working diverse types of collection cases."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop micro-managing and allow the employees to conduct their work to their best potential. Stop trying to monitor every second of a work day. No two cases are the same. Assembly line methods are not feasible in this line of work."
"A lot of employees spend work time handling personal business. That's not my idea of committment to your job."

"You can make good money but be prepared to see a lot of people that don't want to do their job or people that actually may do work 3 or 4 hours out of 8 a day. Negative work atmosphere."
