"Lie lie lie. You have to lie just to get through the application process."

"There really is no oversight of the employees. I could pretty much not show up and no one would notice."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would be out among the people, not sitting in an ivory tower."
"I was a project manager for wireless infrastructure."

"This was a one year assignment. I didn't really get the chance to really get to know the company that well."

"Be ready to be interviewed by a panel. Every question was given a number rating and that's how decisions were made to hire."

"The only way to get in at the Government was to know someone. I personally didn't but worked very hard to get hired."

"Need to be more open to new ideas from people that came from the outside work force."
