What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"I never regretted a moment spent in the Army, but if I had to say anything it would be the man-made bathrooms when I traveled through Iraq."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"An effective leader knows that every individual has unique situations in their life that may affect their performance. On a day to day basis we spend more time with our coworkers and subordinates than we do with our family. My belief is that we should know our subordinates almost as well as we do our siblings, this makes for better, more effective performances at work."
