"None - outside of being professional, and have your credentials in order for the position applied."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"Advancement opportunities were very limited, recognition of job savings, no team environment effort. I performed a feasibility study and cost analysis and designed a recycling program of decommissioned structures throughout Afghanistan, which someone else took credit for. That bothered me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create more of a team environment, recognize accomplishments and those who have achieved it."
