"I like the friends I have made and the camaraderie."

"You only advance when your time comes up. You get promoted with other individuals who are not as good as you and have not done near the amount of work you have. It is all based on time in service."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"The pay could be better, I love the leadership aspect, but hate working on staff. I like to be in charge of people not sitting behind a computer all day knocking out presentations. I also don't like the idea that no matter how hard I work I will not advance faster than someone who is a poor officer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would use better leadership and take care of my own."
