"Cut bureaucracy and improve efficiency. Need to improve pay."

"Although there are hundreds of jobs at the Corps, it is still the Corps of Engineers. You must understand the basics of engineering decision making and management control."

"No ability to change organizational direction. Regulations administered from many levels, some decades old. Projects take an average of seven to ten years."

"Management never asked for input while I worked there. I don't think they will listen now."

"Find a better intern supervisor. One that does not think a disabled vet has no business working."

"Work for US army Corps of Engineers can provide opportunity to obtain good field experience on job site by reviewing technical problems, can impact work progress on site, besides the great experience can be obtained when applying office works on the RMS program and the documentation control systems."

"When non-engineers, non qualified hired to conduct projects replacing engineer positions."

"Management have good team structure for organizing and scheming works development, process stream systemized, still somewhere there are obvious shortages in correct planning, coordinating and directing activities."
