"I can not help you with this question. I have interviewe for several different positions within the company, had what I thought were excellent interviews, and was bypassed for the positions."

"Management works on the good ole boy network when promoting. Company states they are empoyee friendly but their actions do not hold up the statement."

"Be more compassionant when an employee NEEDS a change due to family and health situations."

"Make sure that you are ready to be away from your home and you family/friends for long periods of time. It gets a lonely sometimes, but hang in there, it gets better."

"I didn't like the benfits packages that they offered. I also didn't like the treatment of the employees inside the airports. (I was employed there when a lot of employees went on strike in Philadelphia)"

"It's a reputable company with dedicated employees. I personally like the flexibility allowed working as a flight attendant. And the traveling to new places is always a plus!"

"US Airways is a very large company and depending on your position you can become a number. Of course, I do not see a way around this issue and accept it."

"I would like to suggest that you always stay involved with your departmental employees. On my side as the employee, it has really been nice that you are so involved."
