"I don't like the negative, parochial, corporate culture. You gotta 'bleed brown', and if that doesn't come naturally to you, in all its unspoken dimensions, God help you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't even try to do your own computer work in-house; your corporate culture is incompatible with it, and you don't tolerate any internal variation or let anyone opt out of that. Hire out your computer work."

"At UPS, the people really make the team. I like the quality staff that can get things accomplished within tight deadlines."
