"I was recently offered to move to another company to make it health and safety certified under the govt of Ontario, Canada. I have worked there for 4 months, but due to Covid 19- operations have ceased. It is a very decent company, the culture needs some Hr insight with training which I was about to implement. But unfortunately there was a miscommunication in my job offer between my manager and the company controller; to which I'm not receiving my entire compensation which I signed for, hence why I'm looking for a new challenge."
