"I liked everything about the company, except upward mobility. The pay and benefits were great. The people were nice, and I loved helping my claimants."

What don't you like about working at Unum?

"Glass ceiling very little room for growth. Not unless you moved to a different department, however if you stayed within your department, you would always be processing claims, some way or another."

"The people I work with make working at Unum great. The work environment is good."

"No not really. Unum is a good employer and offers exceptional benefits and salary compensation."

What don't you like about working at Unum?

"The only thing I can complain about is the amount of time it takes to complete a project. Most of the work is so complicated, it takes a lot of time and people from many areas to get things accomplished."

"If I could influence management, I would suggest looking for ways to streamline the requirements gathering process."

"The benefits are amazing and coworkers are educated and intelligent"

"Good luck. Amazing benefits, but the repetitive nature of the work makes you feel almost robotic at times. The frustrating part is dealing with transferred case loads."

"The job is tedious and repetitive. There is no room for outside thinking."

"I would change the dynamics of how claims were handled"

"I like my cozy work environment, Fiendly co-workers, Supportive Managers, challange and excitement in my job and so on."

"Explain your expertise without any hasitation. If you are expert in something this should be automatic."

"Nothing so far..I just want something even better. I am a Quality Seeker person, always trying to improve the quality of anything attached to me."

"Try to be more progressive in implementing new ideas and technologies before your competitor does."
