"Excellent working environment, unfortunately project completed and as consultants are not allowed to stay more than 12 months or 18 months."

"Nice working culture. Need to show commitments towards putting extra hours to meet the deliverables."

"Difference between an employee and a contractor is not the same in any company but I found it more."

"It is difficult to treat consultants equal to a full time employee but consultants need to be given the same priorities as required."

"It was a fun experience, able to bring in current technology. Great learning experience."

"Lots of interesting things being built. Mostly a Mechanical Engineering based environment."

"Typical government environment. Managers fighting for their piece of the pie. Micro management towards the end made it harder to get the work done, lots of paperwork."

"There are some really great managers that have a lot to offer and then..."

"I had a lot of latitude in my job. Loved working with my team members. Got a great deal of respect from coworkers because of my experience."

"Be wary of bureaucracy and the politics - very bad here."

"Top heavy bureaucracy. Very slow to respond to change in tech. Constant conflict between departments."

"Move out of the 80's era of IT and into 21 century. Be faster to respond to changes in tech and more flexible about resources."

"Only to be professional in appearance and attitude. Insure that you know what the group's jobs and expectations are."

"Lack of opportunity to cross over to different groups to advance and learn other skills."

"Make those opportunities available to all employees and contractors. Be more flexible in group assignments."
