"Overall, as a student worker, I was in charge of doing the grunt work. This is okay though, because it provided thorough hands on experience for the job that I went on to after this."
"The turnover in the HIT department is extremely high. When I entered two years ago, they had just recently fired the department director, fired the one they hired to replace the new one about a year ago, and still have not replaced with a competent director. The interim has clinical experience but never had any management experiences. Also the structure of the department is dysfunctional and is not cohesive."
