"I've worked for USM for 3 years. I've worked as both a staff member (1 year) and a faculty member (2 years). The stress levels are very low. Your ability to improve and move up within the University depend almost exclusively on your relationships with members of upper administration. The workplace politics can be tedious to navigate."
