"The University’s values and expectations are excellent. Work environment is good. The salary has become increasingly less competitive. Although, the pandemic has certainly played a role in the delay of raises, the University has fallen behind with the competition in their back yard. With the overall loss of health care workers expected to leave the field because of COVID, without correcting this disparity will ultimately lead to an overall loss of morale among the individuals in this profession and globally drive down satiation level within its community."
"Worked at the Femtosecond lab for a little over half a year, and while it was enjoyable to be very close to the work and have a decent amount of freedom in the direction the project took, there were many issues with the way the lab was run and often the project was stalled for extended periods of time due to poor management. Overall, I'd give my experience there a 5/10."
"I have been a PhD student in electrical and computer engineering since 2015. I am simply super happy with my advisor, who is very professional, competent, and encouraging all the time. I also loved other professors I have gotten chance to work with or take a class from. I have been provided everything that a PhD candidate ask for."

"I have been working in this place for more than 2 years, friendly working environment. It is a small campus, yet a good relationship in inter- and intra-department. The resources and tools are not the best, however, it provides enough support from my P.I. Living quality is high, cheap housing here."
"Good school, good environment."
"Good place to get the ball rolling or to retire from."
