"Explore each employee as an individual based on experience."

"I took over a contract (with Home Depot) from my families company and ran it successfully for a few years by myself. In the fall of 2019 I decided to slow down due to the overwhelming schedule of being my own boss for a multi million dollar company without any assistance with management and back end help. I'm looking to use my knowledge and skills over the last many years to help propel the next business into something greater than it already is."
