"UMSL is a great place to work. The benefits are amazing, and make up for the middling pay. My boss is by far the best boss I've ever had. He gives me great autonomy in my job, and dictates what I should be working on, but not how I should be working. He trusts me to be productive, and I repay that trust."

"The nurses that I worked with were very nice and knowledgable"

"I would advise the nurses to stand up for themselves but still provide respectfull communication between the doctors and nurses."

What don't you like about working at University of Missouri?

"There was not sense of respect between the doctors and nurses, the doctors talked really bad to the nurses and about the patients when they were under sedation"

"To provide a communication class for the physicians and an ethics class in addition"
