"It was only a teaching assistant job, to earn stipend for graduate degree."

"A more structured grading scheme would make it simpler, but I realize the importance of having judgement and constant revisement of grading scheme."

"My boss was embarrassingly inefficient in regards to organization and communication. I believe she had severe OCD, which made it very hard to please her in my personal style of organizing."

"The management needs to e-mail back on time and not ask ridiculous personal favors that don't pertain to your job description."

"The students could be a little much from time to time."

"The structure of the company was organized with good leaders and teachers. The chefs were helpful and gave us freedom to learn by ourselves. You were working with a group of peers who were attentive and respectful."

"Be prepared to work and learn from your mistakes. Use the skills learned from this position because it can be transferred to other professions."

"Sometimes the chefs allocated the workload unfairly which caused some of my peers to complain."

"Establish a more organized staff schedule so that work is done efficiently. Often times to many people were scheduled with an uneven amount of work to be done."
