"Listen to the student views, before decision making that affects them."

Worked for UMass Boston-Community Relations as an assistant director during my senior year, as well a Facility Student Supervisor for the Recreation Department of the University. "Maintain a high GPA and always make yourself available for students and professors."

What don't you like about working at University of Massachusetts?

"My boss was embarrassingly inefficient in regards to organization and communication. I believe she had severe OCD, which made it very hard to please her in my personal style of organizing."

"The management needs to e-mail back on time and not ask ridiculous personal favors that don't pertain to your job description."

"Insufficient compensation, an overwhelming lack of support, not aesthetically pleasing office space."

"I would suggest working against the modern tendency to replace full time employees with part time employees."
