"I enjoyed my time working for the Digital Worlds Institute at the University of Florida, the co workers and supervisors were very knowledgeable and hard working except for the director of the program. We had access to cutting edge technology including a wireless motion capture set and 3D scanning tools."

"I've worked for the University of Florida's Information Technology organization for over 4 years now. They treat their employees very well with robust benefits, flexible work arrangement policies, employee education programs, and facilitating a respectful and collaborative atmosphere. Since UF is first and foremost an academic institution, keep in mind that salary offers are likely to be below the national average. Regardless, UF compensates for this by how they treat and respect their workforce."

"I worked with UF for almost 5 years. I had nothing but great experiences with them and enjoyed my time there. I also enjoyed the experiences I had while attending school at the same organization that I worked at. For the most part, my managers and colleagues were great to work with and I think they would say the same about me."

"I worked as a research assistant at the University of Florida and I found the salary to be fair for the work I was doing. The benefits package was also good and provided a nice safety net. The environment was collaborative and supportive, and I had access to a lot of resources that were helpful for my work. The university also provided opportunities for professional development and growth. Overall, I had a positive experience working as a research assistant at UF."

"Past 10 years the culture changed a lot. Leadership doesn't value their employees anymore. Hard work is not recognized. You have to be a bud kisser to get ahead or leave for a diffrent job. Raises are a joke. They put more work on you but you get no extra compensation. You have to be careful to voice your opinion cause free speech doesn't exist there. UF is currently rated #241 in free speech in national survey.leadership is 2 faced, not trustworthy and lie in your face. Can't wait to retire in 3 years. I would leave and work in a more trustworthy, people orientated organization if I would not be that close to retirement. 20 years of volunteering for the internationals apparently meant nothing to them."
