"Be open, and be prepared to go-with-the-flow. You will wear multiple hats. This job will allow you the freedom to do your work the way you want to but support for administrative tasks will fall on you."

"I do not enjoy the number of additional tasks that are not related to my field (i.e. technical support, A/V support, instructional)."

"Hire an administrative assistant to replace many of the smaller, repetitive administrative tasks and let me design/build websites."

"I had an opportunity to learn new things and was able to master them in a very short span of time."

"My adviser, Dr. James Klausner, is a great supervisor, and I am proud to be a Florida gator."

"I graduated, and I want to work in industry instead of academy."

"We share tools in our lab. I hope the tools can be labeled and numbered."

"Being a research associate and teaching at the same time was manageable but then the pay is not good for such a hard job."
