"Be open, and be prepared to go-with-the-flow. You will wear multiple hats. This job will allow you the freedom to do your work the way you want to but support for administrative tasks will fall on you."

"I do not enjoy the number of additional tasks that are not related to my field (i.e. technical support, A/V support, instructional)."

"Hire an administrative assistant to replace many of the smaller, repetitive administrative tasks and let me design/build websites."
