The nurses there are a team, and we take excellent care of the students. The students are very friendly and respectful of the staff and each other. We offer them many services, with skilled doctors, nurses, and, nurse practitioners. Our administrative staff works hard to make sure we provide good health care, mental health, and healthy lifestyles to them. I am so blessed to have such a good job."

"There are many capable faculty and staff at UD, but several administrators are petty and vindictive. They focus on building turf, acquiring personal perks, and scoring political points. Self-interest, boorish/unethical behavior, poor treatment of staff, failure to recognize their own shortcomings as supervisors, and unbridled vanity often pass as leadership. No matter their academic degrees, some people are simply not good leaders. Unfortunately at UD, many sit at the highest levels."
