"Often there is no guidance in what is expected, so you have to try and guess what they want, which is damn near impossible."

"Be more open and communicate your plans, instead of forcing everyone to guess what you're doing or not able to provide any feedback and until it's far to late to change."

"It is a knowledgeable society where engineers and scientists work in collaboration with artists."

"People here are encouraging, motivating, kind and generous. They are very punctual and results oriented. The like to cooperate and not compete."
