"The university represents an international culture. It is a chance for every good and hard worker to grow through a real and effective contributions."

"Yes, when you come to work at UNC you should focus on improvement or you should plan to make a progress everyday in the work place."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Successful management always have to listen and respect individuals. I would like for each worker to have the chance to express his/her self to the manager in a warm family atmosphere. By doing that the work place will be convenient for productivity and excellent work."
