"I've worked for NCCU for 8 years. When I first started, I loved the job. The work environment was good and the people had integrity. Now, everyone is for self and promoting their friends and not the person who is most qualified. Also, from the top down could use an overhaul. The entire University is toxic from the Chancellor to the corrupt HR department. If you are thinking about working here, DON'T!"
