"Working in the IT department for my University was an eye-opening experience. I got a chance to see things from a hardware and network perspective, while still getting opportunities to hone my programming skills. I was hired because they needed someone with a Computer Science background to help with developing projects on campus. During my time there I had the pleasure of working on both the Mathworks and Data Scavenger apps, and I enjoyed the challenges that came with that."
