"It's a major hospital in a big health care market."

"RUN AWAY. It is a teaching hospital and everyone who gets a degree finds another job some where else for a reason!!!"

What don't you like about working at The University Hospital?

"Are you kidding The staff is unfriendly, the management is overbearing, there is little training and nothing is ever done correctly. If you take initiative they will give you more work and if you complain they will talk about you behind your back. WORST HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT EVER."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would train the staff more and leave each rep in their clinic or permanent location so the staff could learn to trust the financial representative that does their patient insurance clearing."

"I had a lot of latitude in my job. Loved working with my team members. Got a great deal of respect from coworkers because of my experience."

"Be wary of bureaucracy and the politics - very bad here."

What don't you like about working at The University Hospital?

"Top heavy bureaucracy. Very slow to respond to change in tech. Constant conflict between departments."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Move out of the 80's era of IT and into 21 century. Be faster to respond to changes in tech and more flexible about resources."
