"I worked for the University of HawaiI School of medicine for two years. There is a lot of diversity in the staff working in the different departments, creating an environment that can promote innovative thinking and research. However, collaboration between groups can sometimes be difficult and the administration priorities are not always in the best interest of the staff and the facility."
