"People there are very nice. they know how to encourage people and cooperate. although it's a volunteer job, they gave me an award to thank me for my work, which is really sweet."

"Be honest, patient and prepared. if you can't understand some questions, don't be depressed and try to ask again."

What don't you like about working at University of Arkansas?

"it's a volunteer work, my aim to work for them is to help and learn something about law and improve my communication skill. I really love the experience, so I don't have anything that I don't like."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Because it is a volunteer job as a interpreter, I just work for them whenever they have the Chinese client. I didn't have the chance to see the management problem."
