What don't you like about working at University of Arkansas?

"it's a volunteer work, my aim to work for them is to help and learn something about law and improve my communication skill. I really love the experience, so I don't have anything that I don't like."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Because it is a volunteer job as a interpreter, I just work for them whenever they have the Chinese client. I didn't have the chance to see the management problem."

"Actually I really enjoy my experience as a teaching assistant in UARK."

"I think the system in our department is working good right now. I think as soon as the working method can satisfy all the students requirement, it can be called a good system."

My supervisor was providing me with the scientific keys to solve the most recent research problems. Usually, their advice helps me to submit three papers in the fields of algebraic LDPC codes, and Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) schemes."
