"The University of Arkansas is one of the most used universities by the international students at Arkansas state to attain their graduate degree. I have enrolled in the Ph.D. program of the system engineering department under the track of telecommunications and networking, and I found the professors use the most up to date concepts in this field. My supervisor was providing me with the scientific keys to solve the most recent research problems. Usually, their advice helps me to submit three papers in the fields of algebraic LDPC codes, and Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) schemes."
