"My "superior" (the term is used very generously as he did not know squat about our area) was just one of many problems that made it difficult to get anything done. I also had two computer monitors but both were completely different in size and display quality (try moving a report from one monitor to the other and suddenly it shrinks in size - great fun!); HR did not give a damn about the employees but instead had a "we're out to get you" attitude; my area had dozens of offices that were empty (no employees); company eventually manufactured an excuse to terminate me but I was able to show malfeasance on their part and was able to receive unemployment (I heard that several people lost their jobs because of that); and last but certainly not least, the company went through 6 people in less than 6 months in an effort to replace me; all of them quit before they were railroaded out the door like I was - some left in as little as a week, none lasted longer than a month. That in itself says a lot about this company."
"They pay well. But, the current market requires it. After that, you just sink or swim. There is little in the way of business process or procedures. Everything is always ad hoc."
"I've worked with Pegasus Universal since 2008. They are highly motivated with ethical values. Great place to grow and be proud of your achievements. They have few very happy customers who bring more business to them. They have never advertised as far as I know. They concentrate on customer satisfaction rather than rapid growth."
