"You must interview with several people. Be consistent with your ability to contribute to the company. They will not hire you if you are looking for a job, they will hire you if you are offering them something and bring value to their team."
What don't you like about working at Universal Studios?
"The red tape politics was sometimes difficult to navigate through. Company completed mass layoffs and doubled or tripled workloads on remaining employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be honest with your people. They are smarter than you think and are more accepting of change than you might imagine. It is odd how closed door Sr. Level Executive meetings would have rollouts of massive top secret changes discussed and before the end of the day the entire meeting was public knowledge and they were busy doing damage control for the next couple of weeks."
